Individual therapy is available for children ages 12+, teens, and adults. I use different evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC). Together, we’ll work on understanding your experiences, building coping skills, and helping you deal with challenges, manage tough situations, or make changes in your life. My approach is collaborative and focused on your needs, creating a safe space where you can heal, grow, and feel supported.

Family therapy is available for current clients and their families. The goal is to strengthen family relationships by improving communication, fostering positive interactions, and supporting each family member’s unique experiences. Together, we’ll work to create a space where everyone feels heard, respected, and understood, helping families build healthy, flexible boundaries that support each individual’s needs and well-being.
Starting at $250 per 50 minute session
EMDR therapy is a proven approach that helps people work through difficult memories and feelings from past experiences. This therapy follows a step-by-step process to address past events, things that might trigger you today, and situations you may face in the future. By helping your brain process memories and emotions that are "stuck" from stressful times, EMDR can reduce the strong reactions your body has to reminders of trauma and help you feel more positive and in control of your thoughts.
